Therapy and Equipment FundingThe Lexi Kazian Foundation is able to help families in need by providing grants for therapy and equipment. If you would like to apply for a grant, please download and fill out the Equipment and Therapy Grant Application form. Deadlines are April 30, August 31 and Dec 31.
